For twenty years, I've solved problems at the intersection of strategy, operations, leadership, and finance. My path has been unconventional: from global public health to Deloitte to PE-backed behavioral health to VC-funded startups and regional health systems. This breadth gives me perspective most advisors don't have and helps me see what others miss.
My career and my experience as an endurance athlete have taught me that most problems have interconnected causes. Leadership patterns shape culture. Culture drives operations. Operations produce results and reinforce both leadership and culture. Fixing one without addressing how all three connect doesn't create sustainable change.
