For twenty years, I've helped organizations solve problems at the intersection of strategy, operations, finance and leadership. From Deloitte to VC-backed startups to PE-backed behavioral health platforms and regional health systems, the breadth of my experiences gives me unique perspective. 

I also see risks that others miss. I move fluidly between the big picture and the details. I connect strategy to operations to culture. I spot emerging problems.
